Care Instructions

We recommend washing your garment before wearing or exposing to sun light. Our garments are best machine-washed in cold water with a mild detergent on a gentle cycle. Turn the item inside out to protect the design. Hang dry for best care and to help the design last longer. If you do place the garment in a dryer, tumble dry on low heat. Do not iron or bleach.

Shipping

Orders can take 3-7 business days to process. Shipping can then take another 3-10 business days. Check your receipt and tracking information for shipping estimates. If you have any questions about shipping, we can do our best to help by checking the tracking. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the item is shipped and received by the postal service, we are subject to their shipping times. If you order more than one item, each item may be shipped in a separate package.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging their item unless there is an error on our part.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot exchange or return an item once it has been washed (unless there is a quality issue on our end).

To be eligible for a return, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photo evidence of the quality issue is required. If the issue/defect occurs after washing a clothing item, please reach out to us through email. Returns, refunds, and exchanges of items with quality issues can only be done within the 30-day window. You will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping if there is a quality issue with the product(s).

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
