How do I choose my correct size?

Most shirts and sweatshirts are unisex sizing. Refer to the sizing chart and/or measurements included in listings for guidance on choosing your correct size. Some brands of apparel have looser or tighter fits, please read the full item description for more information on sizing and fit. Please note, that designs may be scaled depending on size ordered.

For shirt and sweatshirt direct-to-garment (DTG) products, the design will be automatically scaled down for smaller apparel sizes to ensure a consistent visual outcome. However, please note that it will not be scaled up for sizes larger than L. The design is scaled down using the same aspect ratio across all sizes.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! If you would like any of our designs on a different type of clothing (t-shirt, tank top, sweatshirt, hoodie, etc) or on a different color garment, please reach out through our contact page to request. There may be an extra charge for customization.

When will I receive my order?

Orders can take 3-7 business days to process. Shipping can then take an additional 3-10 business days. Check your receipt and tracking information for shipping estimates. If you have any questions about shipping, we can do our best to help by checking the tracking. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the item is shipped and received by the postal service, we are subject to their shipping times. During the holidays, please allow extra time for shipping. If you order more than one item, each item may be shipped in a separate package.

If your tracking has not updated in 7 business days, we would recommend completing a Missing Mail Search Request by going to https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm. This will prompt USPS to search for your package and in most cases it is found within a few days. 

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.

How should I care for my garment?

We recommend washing your garment before wearing or exposing to sun light. Our garments are best machine-washed in cold water with a mild detergent on a gentle cycle. Turn the item inside out to protect the design. Hang dry for best care and to help the design last longer. If you do place the garment in a dryer, tumble dry on low heat. Do not iron or bleach.

Which printing methods are used?

Graphic t-shirts, long sleeves and sweatshirts are printed using either Direct to Garment (DTG) printing or sublimation. These methods can be more breathable than screen printing and vinyl. However, these techniques soak the ink into the fabric, so colors may not appear as vibrant in person as they do in photos. We try our best to create listing photos that most accurately represent the product, but variations in colors and vibrancy from the computer screen to in-person are inevitable. Depending on the shirt material, shirt color, and design color(s), the final product may have a "faded", "vintage", "distressed" or "retro" look. This is more likely to be the case with sweatshirts vs t-shirts. You may be able to see some of the shirt color/fabric through the print. The print/design will not be completely opaque.

I do reserve the right that my products may have slight variation in color, design placement, texture etc, due to that products are each individually made when ordered. Pictures are for illustrative purposes only. Colors may differ or vary from your computer screen to the actual product. Shirts and sweatshirts may have a slight smell, due to the printing process. No worries, it will go away after washing. Your item is new and clean.

What should I do if I have a quality issue with the product I receive?

Please inspect your items before wearing or washing. If anything is wrong with the quality of your item, or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us through the website or email us at info@truetoyou.shop Please include photo evidence and your order number in your email. If there is an error on our part, the customer will not be responsible for paying shipping to return the items. 

It is rare that there is an error or issue with quality, but mistakes happen! If there is an issue, we want to make it right. Please let us know as soon as you receive the item.
