Garment Care
We recommend washing inside out in cold water with a gentle detergent, and do not dry. Hang dry to protect the ink from fading. Do not bleach, do not dry clean, do not iron directly on the design. Fading and cracking can happen based on detergents and other factors that are out of our control.

Any sleeve cuffing or bottom knotting on shirts and sweatshirts is for styling purposes only.
Print Methods
These designs have a distressed/vintage look to them due to the printing process(es) used.
All items are printed using either Direct to Garment (DTG) printing or sublimation. These methods can be more breathable than screen printing and vinyl. However, these techniques soak the ink into the fabric, so colors may not appear as vibrant in person as they do in photos. We try our best to create listing photos that most accurately represent the product, but variations in colors and vibrancy from the computer screen to in-person are inevitable. Depending on the shirt material(s), color, and design color(s), the final product may have a "faded", “distressed”, “retro”, or “vintage” look. This is more likely to be the case with sweatshirts vs t-shirts. Please reach out if you have any questions about the printing process.
I do reserve the right that my products may have slight variation in color, design placement, texture etc, due to that products are each individually made when ordered. Pictures are for illustrative purposes only. Colors may differ or vary from your computer screen to the actual product.
Care Instructions
Care Instructions
We recommend washing your garment before wearing or exposing to sun light. Our garments are best machine-washed in cold water with a mild detergent on a gentle cycle. Turn the item inside out to protect the design. Hang dry for best care and to help the design last longer. If you do place the garment in a dryer, tumble dry on low heat. Do not iron or bleach.

Orders can take 3-7 business days to process. Shipping can then take another 3-10 business days. Check your receipt and tracking information for shipping estimates. If you have any questions about shipping, we can do our best to help by checking the tracking. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the item is shipped and received by the postal service, we are subject to their shipping times. If you order more than one item, each item may be shipped in a separate package.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.

Returns
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging their item unless there is an error on our part.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot exchange or return an item once it has been washed (unless there is a quality issue on our end).
To be eligible for a return, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photo evidence of the quality issue is required. If the issue/defect occurs after washing a clothing item, please reach out to us through email. Returns, refunds, and exchanges of items with quality issues can only be done within the 30-day window. You will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping if there is a quality issue with the product(s).
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
